Mr. John Hsuan is the co-founder of HUKUI and Founder of Meridigen, Honorary Vice Chairman of UMC, Over the past 40 years, Mr. John Hsuan has dedicated his efforts toward the growth and innovation of Taiwan’s semiconductor industry. He founded and co-founded over one hundred companies, dozens of which have been successfully listed on major exchanges or OTC.

Mr. Michael Kuo is the co-founder and CEO of HUKUI. He holds an MBA from the University of Chicago and a Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering from National Taiwan University. Currently, he serves as the president of the National Yang Ming Chiao Tung University Alumni Association North California. With over 30 years of experience in semiconductor processes, medical electronics, and venture capital, Michael excels in cross-border communication and linking domestic and international industry partners for resource integration.
